- The decision to invest in the Kowal Commune Investment Park was made after many talks with the Head of Kowal Commune Stanisław Adamczyk and Head’s Deputy Aneta Kwarcińska, says the president of the company Paweł Miszczak. The investment involves the construction of three to six independent warehouse, logistics and production zones. The final decision will be made after surveying. The investor points out that it may be required to make necessary changes to the local spatial development plan, allowing for the adjustment of the internal road communication network.
